Almourol Templar Interpretation Center (CITA)
Opened in 2018, the Templar Interpretation Center of Almourol is a support spot for the interpretation of Templar themes in the region and for the Almourol Castle, one of the ex-libris of the region.
The building is located in the Cultural Center of Vila Nova da Barquinha, next to the Municipal Library and the Contemporary Sculpture Park of Almourol. It has a permanent exhibition room, a room for temporary exhibitions and a screening room for films on the theme of the Templars. It also has a Templar Library-Archive. For a deeper knowledge of the Templar Theme, a visit is mandatory.

All working days: 9 am — 12:30 pm and 2 pm — 5:30 pm.
Saturdays and Sundays: 10 am — 1 pm and 3 pm — 6 pm
